Security

• Manage users from pbwiki "settings" feature
• generate your own student logins or have pbwiki do it for you
• control access for users (writer, editor, administrator)
• Set up your wiki to be "private"
• Review wiki etiquette
• Follow your District's web building guidelines

Student Editing

• Use AlphaSmarts to type responses, then upload from one station
• Students use different color text to distinguish writers
• Have pages ready for students to edit

Teacher Editing Tips

• Help your reader follow your content by taking advantage of the formatting tools:  Heading, Font Size and Color, Bulleted and Numbered lists. 
• Do not type large amounts of text without breaking up into sections.
• Underline text shoul be limited to hyperlinks.
• Your first page should be an overview of the site with links to pages avaialble for viewing, editing and commenting.
